Jan Zwicky is the author of over a dozen collections of poetry and five critically acclaimed books of philosophy. A native of the prairies, she now lives on Quadra Island, off the British Columbia coast. In addition to her work as a poet and philosopher, she is active as both a gardener and a musician.
