Anna Quon presents exquisite preciseness in Body Parts. Seldom do I come across such good editing in poetry. Like fine China, Quon’s poems are clean and organized, even while dealing with messy topics and emotions. It’s the subject matter and emotions that shine, not messy structure, sounds, contrived symbolism, hamfisted alliteration or even silly rhythm and rhyming.
